YouTube stopped working

I cant get the YouTube app to open up after i cleared the cache & data from it.I was going to pass this on to a family member, so i cleared the cache & data from the YouTube app and i get this error now "This action isn't allowed"...I know it uses the YouTube for android Tv APK 1.3.11 so i uninstalled it and reinstalled it with no luck, also i flashed it with the stock firmware with no luck to.

Ive been looking around in the ES File explorer, but not sure what to do if anything can be done in there to fix it....any ideas ?......Thanks

Try the alternative app named 'smart youtube tv' from github
- 2160p support on most devices and ad free watching

Yes thanks...what i want to do is get the short cut of YouTube on this device to work again, so it looks like everything is working.
