MX9 Pro 2G/16Go Green Screen

Hi, I have a MX9 Pro 2G/16Go RK3328.

when I switch it on the logo is displayed correctly and the loading graphics are colored too. but once finished the screen of my TV turns green and does not change any more.

I flashed it twice with RK Batch tool + original firmware but still the same problem.

PS: after I flashed it I can no longer access recovery mode.
when I try to do that I only see a graphic circle with the word erasing at the bottom

Can some one help please ?

Use different power supply, box requires 2A minimum.

reflash box using androidtool use upgrade, use correct firmware for your box, or else no wifi will work
