can please help me to find maskrom short pins of this box isnt detected by pc or even boot

Steps:
1-try to connect these two golden pin by a piece of metal
2- press recovery button
3-plus USB cable to USB2 and not to USB3
4-You hear sound of the device if succeed if not you ll not hear anything.

Try to short circuit any two golden pins inside the board until succeeded

i shorted this and it worked , i flashed the firmwire and its alive again tank you very much

this box was the same hardware and its praticly the same i flashed this FW and it works like brand new , but i wave the original FW that the seller send to me by email link i can send or upload it to you , i end a message to you also

dont worry because of the fact of FW says RK3328 , in fact the box was an RK3328 processor inside and not an RK3318
