Installed NordVPN does not appear in “available vpns” in Network Settings in T9 RK3328 Android 8.1 TV Box

    Installed NordVPN does not appear in “available vpns” in Network Settings in T9 RK3328 Android 8.1 TV Box

    I have a Sunvell T9 Android 8.1 TV box and have successfully installed NordVPN and it works fine. However, NordVPN does not appear in "available vpns" in Network Settings.

    I want to enable the "Always-on VPN" and "Block connections without VPN" features, but because NordVPN does not appear as an available network, I am unable to do so.

    Please know that I am able to use the "Always-on VPN" and "Block connections without VPN" features when I create a VPN using OpenVPN. I would like to see NordVPN appear as an available vpn in the TV box.

    NordVPN hasn't been much help. If anyone knows how I can technically resolve this problem, I would greatly appreciate your help. Thank you in advance for your consideration and help in this matter.
