Recovery of an IOT-3399E board

Hello guys, so I have this IoT-3399E board which I assume runs the Processor RK3399, I added a picture of the board.


I tried to install the SuperUser app from google store to unroot my board

after the installation was done, I rebooted the board and now it wont boot anymore.

I get a red and black lines screen for a while and then the board reboots itself after about 30 seconds.

I tried to use the documentation my vendor sent me but it's all chinese and I have a hard time understanding the traduction


so i'm looking for help to recover my board

Notes :

As you (hopefully) can see, I dont have the standard AV button to press to get in recovery mode, but I have RECK, PWRK, RSTK buttons.

Hi ,

iso you have the right Rom to flash , please look here :

flashing RK Devices is nearly always the same , first

install Drivers , load Tool & Rom , press "reset" Button

plug in USB , plug in Power , wait till connected in Tool

and restore , good luck / gefattern
