Off Topic (Rii I8 question)

Hi guys. Ive been looking all over the place for an answer to my problem so i thought i might ask in here too. Recently i got myself an Rii I8 keyboard from Amazon (Rii Mini i8 plus) and everything works just fine with my Android Tv Box ( H96 Max Rockchip rk3399 ) except fro when i wanna browse and select an app i can use the arrows on the keyboard to get to where i wanna get but when i press the OK key to select the app and open it , it wont work unless i move the mouse pointer on the desired app... its like the keyboard does not work without the mouse pointer ... anyone else has the same problem and if yes, did you find a solution to this matter ?
