Then your device's wifi is not supported.
    RockPi 4 uses AP6256 wifi.

I also asked the developer if he could add more features to the app.

I will try to make a tablet Android 9 firmware soon.

Android 9 has auto frame-rate switching, HD Audio passthrough, Magisk root/hide root support which don't work correctly in Android 7.
Okay auto framerate is nice to have,

No problem, i have more useful apps to include.

    - nu.nav.bar (ofc) can set to open quicksettings menu if no dropdown is present in firmware
    - Mobilism Market (must have)
    -SD Maid
-Firefox Nightly (supports opening in second tab ect. maybe can done via firmware aswell, opera cannot open links in second tab)
-Spotfiy (pref from Mobilism without ads :-)
    -XPosed
    -GravityBox
-Liveboot boot animation (looks nice on big screen)
    - Kernel Auditor
    -Fake Wifi (for ethernet spoofing)
-QuickPic ( useful for WIFI FIle Transfer and also best gallery app there is a REMIX on XDA)
    -Tubemate Downloader
    -Launcher10 (see Screenshots)
    -Blokada Ad Blocker
    -Total Commander
    -Gboard
    -Youtube Vanced default system apk

The Kernel Govenor should be set to PERFORMANCE by default, maybe could include CPU overclock in the kernel? would be nice to get the max out of the chip with cooling
Set FORCE GPU Rendering on by default in firmware, improve video playback at the cost of more power consumption
Disable Android animations, i found that 2,4GHZ mouse cause more micro stuttering in video playback, most tv box (beside a5x max mx9 pro) seem to have a lot micro stuttering in youtube playback, modern android TV have framerate interpolation so those stutter get doubled up and it looks bad, disable Statusbar in android firmare, its not really useful and causes playback stuttering and keeps showing in some apps while watching.

For MINI keyboard (Rii ect.) i set up keys to perform actions: (used Gravitybox)

-hold back key -->switch to previous app
-double tab back key --> kill visible app on screen
    - adjust size of quicksetting titles

Could add some codes to the android calculator app to unlock some DIY developer menu (example for enable overclock, root ect. or for PCBA test app)

Maybe something is interesting for you to include in the rom, would beta test if needed, i have not yet setup the rockpi with a firmware waiting for your custom rom
My main fokus on those tv boxes is videoplayback it has to be fluid on 4k tv, the H96 Max for example is so damn bad at that i sold it right away lol

Device arrived, i have installed your 1.5 ROM works nice so far, what advantage has android 9 for a tv box?

might stick to android 7 idk, what version is normal android? 1.0 and 1.1?

i have an nvidia shield for ATV so this will be used for normal android multimedia

This firmware is also AndroidTV, but the first and second firmware I made was normal Android.
I will make an updated normal firmware too later since it requires a lot of changes like adding a navigation bar.
Yes, Radxa provides the Android SDK, so you can make your own changes or also ask for help in their forum how to do something if you have their device.

???????May ask how you installed on H96 Max? Etcher would not see the my China Box. I then installed Drivers and Factory Tool(?). Box is recognized, but Etcher does not see it...
Just like using a LibreElec or Arm-Linux distro for any other Rockchip device, use Etcher to flash the firmware to a Micro-SDcard then see if the device will boot from the SDcard.
