    Maskroom in magicsee N6 max RK3399

    Hi,
    My magicsee N6 max RK3399 not working anymore I tried to upgrade it via cable;and sdcard, but the device didn't recognize it,
    can you help me please to use MaskRom mode to repair the system.
    Ineed to short the pinout to enter maskrom mode.

    Help me please !!

    Hi ,

    looks your Nand has no Pins , what about a Picture of the other side ???

    where did you bought it , maybe Seller can help ,

        Hi ,

        look here :



        this is for X99 Box but you can fimd many Infos here , think User "bergamesk" had a N6 , but i dont know if

        he knows where to short , what Tool did you use for SDCard ??? , think it did not work correct , there are

        only 1 or 2 working Versions , later i can upload a working one , if needed ,

        Hint : always use the latest Drivers & Tools

            i used RK3399 upgrade Tools , Rockchip Create Upgrade Disk Tool v1.53 ,RockChip_Batch_Tool_v1.8 ... but the box d'didnt does not respond , becouse the the bootloader is damaged .

                Hi ,

                later i upload a working Version of SDCard Tool , hope it helps to restore your Box ,

                think your Version is one of the many not working Versions , what Drivers did you use ???

                  I was able too restore my X99 with it ,

                    Try this maybe

                    THe heat sink is spring mounted with plastic bolts and may be covering nand pins
                    Can be easilly removed by pinching bolt on backside of pcb with needle nose pliers push through and remove heat sink

                        From image 1 i see you have removed Heat Dissapate
                        Unfortunately that confirms what gefattern posted #2

                        No success with SD Card ....

                        Maybe go to Post #4 and follow link to thread
                        Page 46 at the Bottom
                        last Post has pic/image of Pinout for Maskrom

                        If your board is the same try that method.
