If you long press the power button and choose Sleep, then short press the power button again to wake up,

Most likely won't work on that device.

I tested with updated firmware made, added more kernel drivers from stock kernel.
Short press power goes to standby, press power again wakes up.
Long press power and choosing sleep, same as above.
Long press power and choosing power off, completely powers off.

I will upload tomorrow then you can test again.

Do you use stock remote with orange/red dpad remote with round edges?
