I only have the option for 30Hz :-(

I'm using FW 2.2.0

Try using Lollipop firmware, another HDMI 2.0 port & HDMI 2.0 cable.

it worked back in Live again.The 2 golden colored Holes in Front of the Nand can be used for MRM on UT3.

It looks like Kodi Team made a big fix for stuttering playback on Android devices

https://github.com/xbmc/xbmc/pull/9250

It should also help with Rockchip devices.
It should be in the latest nightly Kodi.
Just need them to backport it to Kodi Jarvis then it can be included in a custom RK Kodi Jarvis.
