Hello everyone, I've been looking for days about this PMID702DC model (it seems nobody knows it). I bought my gf this tablet and she used it only for facebook and playing games. Someady it froze and I had to push the reset button it has and it all went to hell.
Internal storage shows 0.0B, though it is using 117MB. I can't install anything from play store (no new apps, no updates). After tablet restarts, it shows the initia configuration menu and it loses everything. It shows a secondary internal storage with 4.3GB space, but it's useless. I've searched for one full week and I haven't been able to find any sort of support whatsoever for this tablet.
I tried rooting using several methods, even installing apps via ADB but it just refuses to work.
Anoybody thinks can help me? I'm really frustrated with this device.
