      From the first post ...
      - Dolphin as default browser. We did this because is the only one that supports flash in a usable way in kitkat. Remember to turn on the plugin, is disabled by default.

      Flash works as mentioned...

I don't have a network location for my movies... I've got an attached external HD. Try copying one of the movies you have over to the SD Card and test again. Probably should also check your settings are set to enable H/W+ decoder ( network )

If the above doesn't seem to help... don't OC as much as you have and test again, you may have OC'd more than your equipment is stable at.

Sorry but I am out of home and I can't answer well, flash player works in dolping, but it needs to activate in settings.
So much overclock in the device will result in force closes and errors in the system.
Yesterday-night I was downloading with torrent at 1.5-2Mb/s and viewing some episodes of game of thones(720p) at mxplayer with spdif passthrough at same time and all was smooth.
On Monday I will try to add 24&30hz support to the kernel.

and yes i manually create nfsmovies folder in my internal_sd
You created a folder named mkdir /mnt/nfs photo so you first mount command should be:

          busybox mount -o nolock,rw,hard,intr,vers=3 -t nfs 192.168.1.73:/mnt/ide2/photo /mnt/nfsphoto

Try this way, you'll have only the second one with content in my experience...

          Good luck

Default is CPU 1608, DDR 667, GPU 600

Usually you can, at the least, run DDR at 720 without issue ( sometimes more of course )... the other's depend on the hardware as to how much they can be OC'd

Thanks very much ..I'd gone with the CPU1608, GPU 600, DDR720 so think I'm good to go.

Another question that I can't find answer to, once you've hidden the taskbar, how do you get it back?

One thing I have noticed is this rom is quite a bit faster..very snappy..loads fast and is very responsive.

It would be nice if there was some way to run AirPin Pro on our X7s which didn't involve changing the build.prop... But I understand that it is a paid app and you might be reluctant to modify it.

All good so far on Quickshot v 3. Thanks team.

Like others, I think the audio is a bit out of sync in included XBMC with 1080p files, looking forward to Beyond.

Sorry, I didn't realize it was a paid app when I posted that so unfortunately unless it is for private use there is not much I can do about it and I have never used that app before so I don't need it.

It is a paid app but owners of X7s get free access to the Pro version according to Minix... therefore I thought that there might be some way to lock it to X7s but not based on the build.prop ?

That being said, is there any downside from changing model in build.prop from "TheNitroBox" to the X7's build number (can't remember it off the top of my head) ? Does it need to be set to "TheNitroBox" for some reason?

I actually have my build.prop set to a Samsung Galaxy s3 at the moment, since I need to do that to make a certain app work (an Australian PayTV app - FoxtelGO).

Actually the same way you would have done it with a JellyBean ROM had you hidden it with the taskbar... click and drag up from the bottom of the screen.... Actually, it seems a little easier than in the JB Rom's for some reason

Ah..that was the one thing I didn't try
With Q2 the F11 key unhid it. But now I see now that the power off button is missing from this KK - it's how I put the box to sleep. I'll have to see where that's hidden now ..thanks!
