They are all based on a reference board, so end up being quite similar, though companies do put their own touches on things.

Someone do not have their own graphic designers...

Anyway nothing new, Tronsmart VEGA, Beelink M8, Measy B4A, Jesurun S82, another neutral version... all of them use same S802 motherboard. This is normal.
