why is that..
i have just installed it, oman linken a download where there was a version of 109k4 i coud use
i needed the wifi driver my models wifi dont work when i install the FW from beelink homepage

107k4 and 108k4 from the neelink site are the rtk version .. 109k4 is for ap6181

Its not .. its the same version . But not sane fw it tells u its for the 1gb version

Oman, wake lock is the issue with BellTV and others

Oman, it appears there is some issue with wake lock.
App that are missing this permission in them (like BellTV)

uses-permission android:name="android.permission.WAKE_LOCK"

Crash.

So I took apart PM.jar and I cant quite figure out what to mod here to remove the need for this permission. So maybe it is in policy.jar? Stuff like this can get mind boggling when it is spread all over the place in framework.

So please look into this on the next release or if you can give me some hints, I can try it and test.

Very possible.
Someone upload the APK for this and I can look at permissions this app is using. If the wake lock permission is not in manifest.xml then this could be why.

Something Beelink changed (because Stane's ROM works from same AML SDK) I believe in phone permissions is causing a complete VM crash.

Also the ENY M8 box has no problem with the BellTV app either.

BellTV APP fix for Beelink ROMs

OK guys, I figured out why the BellTV APP wont work on Beelink ROMs.

Had I known this all along I would have fixed it long ago.
I just had to really see what was going on with Logcat and Dmesg.

Your not going to believe how simple it is to fix this!
It's ONE build.prop edit!
This will fix the BellTV APP on any Beelink ROM (that is rooted) including my custom ROMs.

So you ready to try it?

1) Install ES File Explorer from the play store.
2) Run it
3) On the left menu turn on Root Explorer.
4) Agree to Super User Prompt
5) Now important. Click on the root explorer line (not the on off button).
6) You will get a pop up dialog. Click on Mount R/W
7) For /system select RW radio button and click OK
8) Now at the top of ES File Explorer click the /
9) Now click the system folder
10) You will see the build.prop file. Click it and select ES Note Editor.
11) ES Note editor will open the file. At the top right click the vertical 3 dots.
12) Select edit from this menu.
13) Scroll down to near the bottom and you will see:
#Add 3G
hw.nophone=false
14) Put a # in front of hw.nophone=false so it now looks like this:
#Add 3G
#hw.nophone=false
15) Right click your mouse to exit and ES will ask do you want to save it. Click yes.

Now reboot.... BellTV APP will now work.

I wanna tell others that MXIII 1/2G version is also supported here.

do u want to say that u make universal rom for all beelink s802 devices ?same rome diferent wifi ?or maybe im wrong?

Great Bob....is it possible for you or someone to tell me how to or to look yourself for something inbthe firmware in regards to audio through HDMI....the mxiii bypasses all audio (android os, apps, etc) receiver when I connect box-receiver-tv.....I have confirmed is not the configuration in the receiver...and when I looked into xbmc it says "bypass android and audiobox" it is greyed out.
