from what I can see there is a 720second timer in there hmmm which after after that you loose Ethernet or wifi.

WiFi speed is very slow.


In the same room with Note3: While 22Mbps download with
with m8: I have a 1.2 mbps.


What is the reason?

Any solution to this yet? It's a nice rom otherwise, but the LAN issue sucks.

for me this is the best rom for my box (M9 & M8_V0.92), wireless / ethernet, turns off by itself, is worth ......
I hope you fix it .......
the rest is a very very good rom for me.

I agree - it's a great rom, but...the LAN issue ruins it. Whoever fixes it will gain a large and grateful following.

I bought a square box M8, underneath there is a sticker that says M8N and also it came with the new remote that has learning feature for tv. The firmware is dated 8-28-2014. I'm having issues with bad wifi and interlacing in some video playback. The firmware comes with xbmc gotham 13.2 preinstalled.

Can anyone advise me what's the latest stock rom for this device? Or any other rom which will work good with this device and solve the wifi and interlacing issue? Thanks in advance.

Also, the board inside is the newer v1.0 board which is supposedly the original, with samsung chips.

yes all should be resolved but, I cannot test max speeds wifi /ethernet speeds as my broadband is slow.
