Running very well so far but still doing tests and making small changes.
Would this new rom fully work with the R28? I'd love to try it out when it's released.

I am using in my Beelink R89 and everything is wonderful except the LED power when off is blue and not red.
Is dated prediction for launch of the new rom?

Has anyone else had issues with adjusting the contrast, brightness, and satcon?

I'm running v1.3 on my UBOX R89, and the problem is, sometimes when I make adjustments to the three listed above the satcon goes all the way up by itself. Then if I try to change it, it goes right back to max again.

If I do the reset, then it goes back to normal, but if I do too much adjusting then satcon goes back to max. I've been able to work around it mostly, but it is an annoyance.

Only other issue is the light during suspend, but that one I can live with

          Thanks and cheers!

Will try to release ROM this week.
Would this help if Oman were to also allow you access?

I just sent a PM to Oman. Hopefully he might be able to help with these.

That's why I haven't released a new ROM yet(would have done 2 weeks ago) until the Home button is fixed.
Hopefully it will be fixed next week.

Good work! All that's left is a working power button as power off reboots my R28 instead of turning off. I really like Mo's rom but the inability to turn off the machine was the deal breaker.

On my remote control power button works good without reboots.

                        link broken ???

I am trying to download the 1.4 version but every time i try to unzip the file it seems to be broken.
I tried with firefox, chrome but the same results.
Is there a problem with the mediafire link maybe??
Can you please check it out ?

I will use the rom in a Beelink that I already use 1.2 !
I downloaded 1.2 today and no problem with unzipping that for i write you about the link.
                          Thanks god no more hiccups!!!
                          I hope 1.4 will be better !!!
                          You are great man !!!

That i wanted to say is that perhaps the file itself has a problem and not the link !

You should try using the downthemall addon for Firefox. It's a free download accelerator/manager. Not only does it speed up downloads by opening many more connections to the server, it has built in error detection and correction, as well as features like pausing. Excellent for large downloads, especially when the DL is going slow.

I've seen things that were downloading at like 60KB/s with Firefox's built-in download jump up to like 1.5-2MB/s (that's bytes not bits, which is about my max DL speed, which 15Mb. Little b means bits).

Then, too if the server drops the connection halfway through a 4GB download, you can pause and then resume and it will start where it got dropped. With regular Firefox download you'd have to start the download over.

Been using it for years. One reason why I prefer Firefox over chrome. There is not really an equivalent plugin for IE or chrome.

                            Cheers,

Pretty sure it's open source, too.

Most download accelerators/managers have either ads, malware, or most likely both. Especially for IE.

                              Not downthemall.

                              Cheers,

Another vote for downthemall. It also has a checksum checker(MD5 and SHAx). I like the filter that will let you fetch all of the links in a page to a certain type of file, like *.PDF, *.JPG, etc. Quite a few other handy features too.
