I have just bought the above remote. I have tried it on the M8 and Magickbox X4. I cannot power up either device and there is no sound on both. I can navigate with the air mouse but no sound and cannot power up the devices. The remote will turn off the boxes. When I diconnect the dongle and remove power and start up again, everything is back to normal with the supplied remotes. Anyone have ideas?
