HPH RK3288 Android-Only ROM v1.5 by mo123

Changes
- Top menu's work, most manufacturers disabled top notification bar's which is actually not good in my opinion.
- Home Button works
- New Bootanimation and sound. Boot sound can be changed if needed, by using .ogg files.
- SPMC is also modded.
- LeHome Assistant app works, but it's not in settings, need to download it to your phone/tablet if not already done.
New version v1.6 is out, but can't read the change-log to see what's different since it's in Chinese when updating from v1.5.

After Flashing
After Android Animation, there will be a blank screen for 3-5 minutes while your system is formatted and new apps are installed, this is normal.
Can use TR app to root your device.
Install Xposed frameworks from the app and enable Youtube Adaway to disable adds on Youtube.

HPH RK3288 Dual-Boot ROM v1.5 by mo123
Linux - XFCE 14.10 and also Lubuntu/Lindows XP included
Different users set-up for different desktop environments.

Instructions
After booting into Linux and you are finished, then you must right-click Reboot Android icon on desktop and paste the command shown there in terminal and run it as root eg. sudo sh /usr/local/bin/b2android.sh
rootuser password is also nagrace.
Then it will make some changes to your system and format/clean your partitions for the new ROM. If you don't do it, you will only be able to boot to Linux. Only necessary the first time then you can use normal Linux shutdown/reboot menu and it will go to Android.
Unfortunately the icon on the desktop 'Reboot Android' doesn't work correctly since you need to run it as root user. Will see if there is a way to fix it?
Uses 160 DPI, but can change to 240 in build.prop if too small.

Important
Can combine system.img from Android-Only ROM and flash that instead with the dual-boot ROM to get
- 240DPI screen setting that is bigger &
- 1080p Youtube support
- Screen scale not automatic, change manually in Android Settings

For People using 720p displays
Users having the zoom issue.
1. Use TR to root your device.
2. In ES File Manager, enable R/W on /system.
3. Grant Superuser access if asked.
4. Go to /system/build.prop, open as text with ES File Manager.
5. In opened file in top right hand corner, enable edit mode in drop down menu.
6. Search for 240 and Change 240 to 160.
7. Exit and save file.
8. Reboot device.
9. Will now have correct display for 720p.

Hi mo123.. I want to say first, GREAT work with ALL of your ROMs, you are the BEST man .. I Flashed this Rom from your first post and it works GREAT except my sound stops working from time to time. I Disabled Talk Back and google text to speech, That seem to help but the sound still goes out. Any help with this problem ?? .. I flashed it on my Tronsmart Orion R28 Meta. THANKS !!

no audio with this rom 1.5.7 for me. Sony TV, Pioneer Reciever. Your rom in the sticky gives me audio. but i have not tested it yet with DTS.

I had this issue too in the prevoius version (i use Firefly and originale kernel)
I understood that the problem was the ok google voice recognition. If you set it everywhere than system sound will mute. You have to set it only in google app.

Okay the rom in your sticky. I have no sound with 5.1 movies and I'm getting a lot of playback stuttering, and a recent video was all black only had audio.
