Any news of how well the hdmi-cec is working?
I expect tv remote to be able to operate the device, and that the x6 will power-off when the tv is turned of. That kind of things.
My x6 was shipped 29-09 so I expect mine to come from now to little over a week. There is nothing like getting new toys!

trebor, interesting numbers. 53% ram available and an Antutu that is lower than any RK3288. Confirms that, on paper, these 3368s are slower than the previous gen, and that Zidoo's firmware takes up some room. Still, numbers don't tell the whole story by any means. How are you liking its overall "competence"? Mine gets here late Friday and look forward to swapping notes.

Yes its not to bad at all, interface etc nice and snappy so I am liking it so far.
Lots of testing yet to be done, busy week ahead, weekend I think it will be torture time for this box.

Not Found by myself but a list of some problems noted so far.
Others may be able to confirm.
From the Zidoo Forum
Adding faults noted at Zidoo froum would greatly help the Zidoo team.
Clock framerate 23.976 plays at 24.00hz 2D and 3D
Clock framerate 59.940 plays at 60Hz.
MVC MKV:
- No 3D via Kodi; plays back in 2D mode
- No 3D via native player (using file explorer); plays back in 2D mode
3D ISO:
- Via Kodi plays back in SBS mode. Forcing projector to SBS doesn't display in 3D, rather 2D
- Via native player, plays back in 3D, but as HSBS.
Video loops to start when it reaches end, over and over; must press 'OK' on remote & choose 'Stop' icon.
LPCM 7.1 is passed as 2.0 PCM
USB NTFS doesnt work with X6 explorer
Option for CEC on also has been mentioned.
Cheers

Hmm..from that review Trebor flagged:
"Zidoo X6 Pro appears to get a little hotter than Beelink i68 RK3368 TV box, although still in the same range, as I measured 39°C and 58°C on the top and bottom of the enclosure after running Antutu 5.7, and after 15 to 20 minutes playing Riptide GP2 the temperature went up to 40°C and 66°C. Once I noticed Kodi started to feel sluggish, and noticed the bottom temperature reached 75°C max, and a reboot did not fix the sluggishness. So I powered off the box for a few minutes, and everything worked fine again. So there might be cases where the CPU throttles due to high temperature...
Antutu Video Tester was installed from Google Play (Version 2.2), and upgraded to version 3.0 before running the test. Zidoo X6 Pro got only 328 points, strangely lower than Beelink i68."
Wireless AC starts fast, then "collapses"...
If this review is accurate, looks like Zidoo has some more work to do.
