It is Kodi 16 beta 2 Optimized for Rockchip that I build myself, it's included in the ROM.
The official one from Rockchip is still 15.2

Now that's nice Moe123. Can you provide link I want to try on the mk902ii and ugoos boxes ? I seen net flicks work around or talk of same on a thread I post but seems only google nvida and few others have paid for licence to get hd in net flicks so think china boxes never get that.

To quote and answer myself: yes it works.

Great rom so far. 2 Bugs that i encountered:
1. If you open Firefox (the latest beta) you first get a black screen. After you exit (home button) and go back everything works fine.
2. Youtube has stutters every now and then. Og mods and original youtube.

finally was able to get this flashed, turned out its the OTG cable and move a little bit in the OTG port, looses connection. but anyways.

after the unit boots with this firmware i noticed there is tablet controls at the bottom of the screen, those suppose to be there right?
also after bootup it asking to use launcher3 as home or diff app as home2 shortcut is this normal?

I ran ogyoutube and i couldn't do anything, since no keyboard popup happens.
same with wifi tried to connect to an AP i couldn't put in a password since no keyboard would come up.
same with browser google search bar.

so i hooked up my rii i25A usb dongle and tried to use the remote/keyboard and nothing, so maybe drivers need to be added?

If the OTG cable is loose just swap the sides around, also make sure there is no open window(wind) or something that can make the cable move, it's very sensitive.
The tablet controls might be the navigation bar, you can hide it if needed.
Home2 Shortcut is basically a layer over a launcher.
You can choose the real launcher to use inside Home2 Shortcut Launcher.
It helps you to map double tap of the IR Remote Home button. eg. double tap 'home' to open Kodi for instance.
In OGYoutube - You have to change the default quality to 1080p in the settings to make it default.
For the keyboard, you need to enable 'Hardware Keyboard' on the default input method in Android Settings - Input
Airmouses work out of the box.

ok, ya i plugged in my logitech keyboard+mouse combo and it worked direct, i didn't have to enable hardware keyboard, but i will try that for the airmouse. also bluetooth keyboard worked.
in OGyoutube, i will have to try to get to the settings with the remote to change that and give it a try.

I will give all your suggestions a go, I want to try the hevc, but is the x265 and 4k much much better from a mali-t450 to a mali-t76x for performance?

x265 and 4k is dependent on the VPU(Video processing unit) it is different then the GPU that is used for gaming, UI.
The GPU, Mali T764 is much faster than the Mali 450
eg. 1st column vs 3rd column


V1.1 Lollipop is Lollipop
v1.7 is KitKat
I will try to make a new Lollipop ROM with working Netflix.
Nagrace will also release an official Lollipop ROM for HPH NT-V6 that will add extra things that are difficult for me to do eg. root in menu, remote control app, HDMI-IN support etc.
For Lollipop it's fine to use latest nightly Kodi, but it doesn't have HD Audio, for HD Audio support you have to use NTMC or RK Kodi 15.2.

I've played 4K-Chimei-inn-60mbps.mp4 smooth.
Jellyfish 100mbps also play smooth, tested with MXPlayer H/W+
Think the maximum will be 100mbps-120mbps and dependent on network setup and performance.
