I can only get two-channel stereo via HDMI. I have tried all the fixes I can find, but nothing helps. Playback devices shows HDMI, but supported formats will only let me choose two channel stereo, even though it says I have 6 audio jacks (which I don't). I can play video files in 5.1 if I change media player defaults (LAV codec in MPC-HC, use S/PDIF when available in VLC) but I can only stream in stereo. It all works as it should on my laptop. Can anyone help with this?
