The WiFi is sticking at "Searching for WiFi networks", It never completes. Downloading an app to analyze WiFi issues tells me that the wpa_supplicant.conf is INACTIVE. I tried doing a factory reset/recovery but the issue persists. This device is NOT ROOTED. Is there a way to activate that wpa_supplicant.conf file?
