    Tv box Q7 problem with the video output !!!

    The problem appeared when I tried to throw this firmware (cyxtech_rk31_cs918_8723_141222_4.4_8g1g) in this box Tv Q7 rk3188t,when you connect the HDMI cable to the TV is not going to have not only a black screen but on the unit lights up blue button ...I tried many other firmware but I could not install.

    Please help, Thank you ...........
