Smartphone itself looks very nice with its metal edges and sturdy look. A little bit heavier than i expected in my opinion. Silicon case( along with USB Charging cable and AC adapter) for some reason was white that won't suit original black color of smartphone itself, but it give extra protection so i guess it's okay.
Screen looks nice, though viewing angles could be better. Android 5.1 OS runs fast and smooth. No lags or freezes were detected. MTK6735 trying its best to perform well, though since its low specs you won't be able to run heavy games on it smoothly. Consider it as a phone for daily tasks, but not for games. Here are some tests i did:
Oukitel has 4000 mah battery so i did run test to see how it performs as well. Here's Epic Citadel running at 60% brightness with Wi-Fi on:
And here some synthetic tests i did:
13 MP front camera is total lie. Though it's originally supposed to be 8 MP with interpolation to 13mp, i can switch only to 6MP at max. Photos looks pretty ugly. Video recording at 480p max. Can't recommend this phone for taking photos or recording videos at all. Here are some examples:
Also i noticed some problems with battery indication. Once it's reached 1% it stays there for almost a hour. Hopefully it will be fixed with upcoming firmware.
As conclusion i would not recommend this phone for heavy tasks such as games or heavy applications. It's good for web browsing and watching youtube with high-capacty battery it would last for 2 days or so. Personally if only camera was a little better it could be nice smartphone, but nah... :C
