Hi, I'm looking to upgrade from the mk808b, to something newer. I've looked around freaktab but there's a ton of devices and different processors so it's overwhelming. So I figured I'd ask for suggestions here.
I'm looking for something that has good custom ROM support and in the 2gb RAM range. I'll be using it mostly to play video's through samba file sharing (no gaming) so I'd like decent WiFi signal. I don't want to spend more than a $100 USD, also I'd appreciate a reliable seller for any suggested devices.
My media players of choice are archos,kodi,MX player. I don't play HD or 4k videos, I also don't use media streaming services like Netflix or even YouTube.
