If you have problems long press on landscape in rotation locker app inside the rom. You have also in top right status bar "rotation lock"
Play with this setting in status bar and your device on every boot start in landscape.

After you press this button, every time your device start you have the best fit.

Or any other wirless mouse and keyboard doesn't work , i guess it is because the rom is
Pre-configured for touch controls , i can't modify anything because neither the mouse nor
The keyboard work , so can you please post the kernel configuration file or whatever makes
This rom read the F10 air mouse ?

We must only see how android 4.3 works on rk3188. For now we have already all that rockchip can update in future for other devices. Sdk2 and multiwindows.
But i'm happy of the very stable performanes of video playback 720p and 1080p in every media player and in all condictions.
But specially without overclock the kernel that can burn your device in so little space and without good heatsinks.
The problem of overclock is not only heatsinks, infact this devices already suffer of insufficient power, with overclock the problem is increased making the device unstable under some conditions.
We have also the best antutu score with a standard kernel.
This is only what strauzo think. And i respect the thoughts of others.

But i can't be sure. I don't have the mk908. I have only the T428 and should arrive a Minix x7 for the end of august.
I prefer work on devices with wifi / bluetooth chip AP6330, are more compatible with many tablets roms.

2 obstacles to adoption
1. My 2008-ish 32" Vizio can't shrink H-size or V-size enough to get picture to fit on screen.
2. Gotta have back function mapped to Right-click touchpad/mouse button
Somewhere in this thread there is a solution to the screen-scaling issue. I did indeed see something but no independent confirmation of functionality.
Anybody figured out how to get "back" mapped to Right-click?
With these two issues solved, I'd probably try this ROM again.
There's also the hide bottom bar thing. Most of Bob's ROMs have had great auto-hide features for the Bottom Bar. I've used the Hide-Bottom-Bar app for some other ROMs but it's a fussy annoying manual thing.
Well, at least, thanks to Strauzo there's something new happening for the T428. I thought it was going to be another Quad-core dust collector.

I downloaded gmd auto hide which fixes the issue of the nav bar. It also corrected the aspect where the video in hbo go wasn't taking up the full screen.

Go back on right-click

Do you know of any solution to the loss of "back" on the Right-Click buttons?

HDMI scaling
Originally posted by sam321 View PostSo how to fix the hdmi screen scaling. Ideally this should be done by changing the kernel source code , but as strauzo thinks that the GPL does not apply to him we will have to do it through init.d now you are probably thinking that this has been tried before and did not work.
Now we all know this does not work
echo xscale=95 yscale=95 > /sys/devices/virtual/display/display0.HDMI/scale
The question is why doesn't it, and the answer is simple, when I looked in the source code of the kernel I found that they had changed a few things, you see everything created in sys folder comes from the kernel, so now the correct line is
echo 95 > /sys/class/graphics/fb0/scale
and to easily scale down your display just download this http://www.cloudstor.es/file/m1_NDk0MQ/ and put it in system/etc/init.d and reboot
I would just like to add here that I believe that everything can be solved by working together and not against each other. when developers share information with each other things get fixed a lot faster, and means that you the end user gets a better experience
Now to deal with the upper status bar thing.

Right-Click = back
Originally posted by cityhunter View PostThis allows right click = back functionality by changing about 4 lines in Framework/base/services/input/inputreader.cpp by changing about 4 lines. Strauzo would you be interested in implementing this method of on future roms as this seems to be a legitimate way to implement the change without the need for closed source code?
EDIT: just noticed i completely forgot to include the link to the code:

Sounds dreamy! Guess I can't do this at home.
