I have a new QBox. If I attach it directly to the TV, it works fine. I'd like to run it through the receiver, but it doesn't 'register' with the receiver. The receiver is a Denon AVR-1913. The port I'm attaching it to had a WD TV box attached - if I swap devices, the TV gets a picture (ie its neither the port nor the cable).
I have reset the device to only push out a 720p picture with the thought that maybe the QBox was pushing a 4K picture that the Denon couldn't handle.
Doesn't seem to matter - no video.
Any thoughts? I'd like to avoid putting the QBox at the set. It's just not as clean for anyone using the TV.
