I bought one of these on Amazon branded as a Greatever B19 running Android 6.0.1 build T5ZP009. I installed DirecTV Now. When I launch i get an error msg / code "Find out if your devices are compatible, search Devices in the Hep Center. (Ref.#1005)". I have read that it will not launch on rooted devices. Therefore, I used SuperSU to remove the super user hoping that would fix my issue. I rebooted, uninstalled the app and restarted the app - same issue. Any ideas how I can get the app to work? Is it an issue with the preloaded OS / firemware? Any assistance would be appreciated.
