Hi all,
in an attempt to flash a new rom on my MXQ Pro 4K I inadvertently wiped the data partition (along with everything else prior to flashing) which had the new image stored on it (TWRP would not read from the sdcard only internal memory) so now my unit merely boots to the Amlogic S905 splash screen and hangs there.
Trying to get the box into recovery is futile as my box is one the crappy ones whereby the 'reset' button doesn't actually do anything, I have also tried to short pins 29 & 30 of the NAND but again nothing all it does is prevent the box from actually booting until I stop shorting the pins?
Currently trying to make a bootable SD card using bootcard maker and burn card maker but no success as of yet, I am unable to source the other files mentioned in this post
