please help me find a better stock firmware, right now 3 of 4 cores are turned off at all times
this only happens on the stock android, unfortunately there s only 1 stock rom i can find
in kodi and everywhere else 3 of the 4 cores are always disabled
i tried changing governors and it didn't work
the cores all work fine in AndroidTV (too buggy for daily use) and Linux based roms.
i would love for them all to work in my stock android 6 rom
but they don't
anyone got any idea why this happens?
something in build.prop? bad kernel?

i need a newer version or an older version that hopefully enables all cores
it's a 1g/8g a95x a1 box
the pcb reads: A95XA1_V1_0
wifi is: S9082C
