Hello, I have a Supra 43" Android TV which is great. But I keep get this annoying pop up error "unfortunately the process com.google.process.gapps has stopped" which appears 3-4 times in a row and I have to click 'ok' to disappear. This happens after startup TV and when appear this notification the TV will be restart would you please tell me how to solve this problem..what is services menu and how can get software of this TV for more information about my TV please check attachment . Thank you.
