Help me to unbrick my tvbox

i have an andorid tv box that i can not reset, recover it, it load but there is not any
screen

i found this information about rom inside it:

cpu armeabi-v7a
g18ef
HG680-X105F

Amlogic Meson6 g02
Mali-400MP

1-the board does not have any reset button
2-i test to put rom inside SD card but there is not any activity on screen
3- I CAN DETECT IT WITH Burn tools on my pc but need IMG file to recover that i do not have
i search in net and all site have ZIP SD-CARD package

Any Solutuion? how reset it? how to load rom ?
