neodela can u explain this part in task2 "Task 2 - Use rom Update Tool - Insert MicroSD Card/Flashdrive and update the M8S_PRO_W-ota-20180802.182556.V0213.zip file with the update tool.(Local update)" is this update by pressing & hold recovery button & then apply update from sd card ? (OTA update ?) or there is a menu inside a box or option while box is on & running?

I run all steps, but the last, when I have Abox rom, on tarp backup doesn't appear. But If a make a backup and replace files all ok.

Hi, But if serial says "Unknow" , TWRP doesn't see the folder with TWRP/Backup/Axxxxxx. I make a backup of current rom (only logo for example), and create a new folder "asdfghjkllkll", putting the backup inside, works but no serial number. ,(

Your box running on what rom currently? Do all the task. Dont just do TWRP restore.

neodela thanx for reply & help , right now i am facing a little issue to start doing this procedure , i wana know my box serial number , but under about / status / serial number = UNKNOWN !!!!
i dont know what happened to my box but maybe because of several factory reset my box gone nuts!!, is this serial number exist anywhere inside any folder in box ? or any methode to get it , & how many digit number the serial should be?

You can retrieve the serial no. after flashing the M8S Pro W or ABOX A4 firmware. You can start from (Task 1). Get the serial later. I believe your box have the lost the widevine level 1 right? Then just follow the steps from (Task 1). That serial is only for the the last task when you are going to do the TWRP restore

2- what to do with that 1.2 GB backup u alraedy uploaded ? we need to flash it to box?
3- USB flash burning tool which version do i have to use to flash box & do i have to check & uncheck anything in the tool box before flashing anything ?
4- no there is 2 software u uploaded for M8S first to flash by usb & second by ota ? right
5- if netflix is runnign after ota m8s software , why i neef to flash ABOX4 software?
6- i guess what i understad after all these steps , finally i have to flash restore my first backup i took from my box?!!!

Go to settings > about > status ---you can find the serial no. there example:.A95X20180000xxxx
