(HELP) OTT MXQ PRO 4K S905X BOX WIFI AND HOTSPOT WON'T TURNED ON AND RIGHT SIDE THREE USB WON'T RESPONSE

I need urgent help from professional or expert anyone to fix my mxq pro 4k tv box.

Android 6.0.1
Board Version: S905XQ_V1.0
WiFi Chip: Realtake RTL8188ETV
My tv box problem is wifi and hotspot won't turned on and right side usb ports won't work expect back port. i tried zip flashing new rom to solve it but it's won't worked. i tried also usb burning tools to flash it but usb burning tool not detecting to my box, i followed YouTube every steps but it's won't worked. is there anyone can help me with it to solve my tv box problem. thanks in advance
