I know that this is old tablet and this problem might have been solved already on this forum, but can somebody help me? Last few days I am having some problems. In Gmail app, when I try to open a message, the message doesn't open, and instead it's marked as starred. I have reinstalled the app, did the factory reset, but the problem persists. The tablet is not rooted. Any help please?
