Mxq RK3229 Bricked Pc wont detect with usb cable

Greeting everyone I have a mxq 4k box rockchips rk3229 v3 that's bricked I'm trying to recover it but the computer won't detect it I tried the toothpick method but no success I was wondering if anyone here knows the pins on the chip to short out for the computer to detect it thank you
