physical nand damage or wrong firmware on Q+ h6 ???

good mornin all, maybe someone could enlight me
I own this box who internal board is a Q+ h6 version 3.0 . Despite of what is claimed ( 4 giga ram ) really the board is 2 giga ram.
    The board is like this

Sunvell Q Plus Allwinner H6 4GB 32GB 100M LAN 2.4G WIFI Android 8.1 4K H.265 VP9-10 TV Box https://i.postimg.cc/jqZ9WjZc/IMG-20190414-151206.jpg (https://postimages.org/) The tv box in this review came direct from the guys over at Sunvell who have been building TV box's for a few years now and do a good job of it. Hi Guys,

and FOR SURE it has a nand instead of EMMC

The biggest problem is that the board is stick on Q logo and doesn't go further
I have access to uart and when I try to flash new firmware, DOESN'T MATTER if I use phoenixsuite or the sd I have got this message:
    Code:

    ### ERROR ### Please RESET the board ###
Well is clear that I cannot reflash the internal nand due some error handling the nand itself. Now come some questions:
    1) Is someone aware of firmware running exclusively on nand for those boards ( maybe the firmware I have is for emmc)
    2) Is someone else experimenting problems in flashing this board and doesnt understand what is going on?
    3) Is someone aware of physical damages occurring to internal nand due ( maybe) to powerfailure or improper shut down
I wish clarify that running from SD the board is perfectly working
Looking for some kind replay, many thanks in advance
