    Help about compile kernel and debugging

    Hi everyone!
    I m compiling kernel for rockchip 3128 but when i flash it 's not working
    I want associate UART to board but i don't know how to connect it

    I knew Rockchip has SDK to build Android system, how can i get that SDK
    I m really appreciate if everyone help me
