GT1 Ultimate can be either DDR4 (not LPDDR) or LPDDR3 (for LPDDR)

Only briefly tested slimBOXtv 9.6.3.
Seemed Cpu ran hotter 52° to 75° ..maybe a bit sluggish too. Cpu when idle/after several "cleaners" still indicted 22% usage.
Tested on friends Alfawise H96 Pro+ .
