headset not paring

My Bluetooth headphone has started to work weirdly. It was fine before and paired with most Android smartphones including my Samsung Oreo, Lollipop smartphones without any issue. But recently, I was unable to use it with any https aka ms remoteconnect of my devices and any other devices too. I guess hard reset would be helpful as I have tried so many devices by now. But, I do not know how to reset the Bluetooth headphone. Once, my friend used some button combination to perform reset his headphone upon the same issue I have now. But, I do not clearly remember what was that..any idea about resetting Bluetooth headphone?

if your device has power key and two volume keys, press and hold the[Power key and the Volume up the key at the same time for 15 seconds to reset it
