How can I do a hard reset to a Dictema tablet with Rockchip rk3368, year 2016, kernel 2017, android 6.0.1, because it does not access the recovery with the vol +, vol-, power on keys, I connect it to the pc, but It does not detect it, I installed several drivers and it does not connect, the computer says that it is an unrecognized device, I want to remove the code from blocking.
Note: I have guest access to the tablet but it doesn't connect to Wi-Fi, it won't let me install applications and it doesn't have a factory reset from the settings. I don't know what to do, please help
