I'm currently working on modifying the existing ROM, but as soon as I add the changes, the device no longer boots. There seems to be no other option than to compile it completely from scratch

Just a nudge to check on the progress, both the rom los19 and 20 are unusable without working bluetooth and ir remote. Forget the front display, possible to get just the ir remote working?

In case there is no fix then I think ATV 9 is the only option left.

This rom is for the device with 3gb lpddr3 ram and 32gb storage, can you confirm specifications of your device?

I'm interested in revisiting this. Could anyone walk me through the steps I would need to take to get this working on the Minix Neo U9-H? I'm pretty new to this but would like to try. Where do I start? I tried building a different LineageOS once before and followed the build instructions but can't seem to find the instructions for this version

Would it be possible to get this working on the Minix Neo U9-H? What would I need to do to get it to work? It has:
- S912 processor

You need a different build for ddr3 and Ampak wifi/bt. Ampak wifi+bt work fine in LineageOS. What makes you think wifi doesn't work?

This should work on any s912 boxes as along as it has lpddr3 ram
However still ensure to take a backup and don't try it if you don't know how to recover your device in case you brick it

Would this ROM work with a Sunvell T95K Pro box? It also has the S912, Mali-T820 GPU, 2GB DDR3 RAM and AP6330 WiFi chip

This should work on any s912 boxes as along as it has lpddr3 ram
However still ensure to take a backup and don't try it if you don't know how to recover your device in case you brick it

Ohh thank you for quick updates, also if I may suggest testing one patch at a time to narrow down on issues.

I guess then I have to live with LOS 19, please could you help me with :
- add VFD support (TX92)
- add ir-remote cfg (TX92)
- I can live without bluetooth remote aslong as bluetooth works and I can seldomly connect BLE devices.

I repeat - qca Bluetooth does not work in los-20 and higher because Google made changes in the bt stack that are not compatible with the current libbt-vendor code. I do not yet know of any other way to connect to the HCI interface of the bt stack.

The Vorke Z6 Plus is essentially the same as the TX92, so it should function properly as long as it’s using LPDDR. Getting the front display to work would be a bonus. I’m currently waiting for a fix for the Bluetooth and IR remote issues. In the current setup, I can’t connect to the Mi Remote through the remote accessories settings. Instead, I’m using a third-party app to pair and connect the remote, but I have to repeat the entire process after every reboot.

So currently I am using LOS 20 by HighwayStar since for me bluetooth is as good as unstable in both builds (los 19 by bumerc) , will wait for a fix.
