Ok so I got ahold of this box and the cooling was absolutely garbage, so I've upgraded the heatsink, added a side blower fan, (from a Nintendo switch) added a pwm temperature controller board and it runs really cool.
Only thing letting the box down is the lack of firmware upgrade with graphics driver updated.
Even though it is running the exact same SOC as the ROCK Pi 5B and Mekotronics R58, H96 max have decided to under clock it. So I was hoping to get support on unlocking the android kernel so it can run at the same speed as the Mekotronics R58 and ROCK Pi 5B .
Any help is appreciated.
This box seems completely brick proof as it has a dedicated rock chip flaaher interface controller onboard so even with the Nand completely messed up you are able to recover it, as I did after flashing Mekotronics R58 android rom.
