Any videoplayers with AFS (auto-framerate-switching) for non-nvidia-sheild devices?

Like kodi version used.. what framerate are you playing ( kodi has 3 options.. sync/matching/addon)
Hardware specs.. of your unit
If its a OS related problem..
Try Libreelec.. it runs of a Sdcard on most devices and does videoplayback quite amazing
