Any videoplayers with AFS (auto-framerate-switching) for non-nvidia-sheild devices?

    Any videoplayers with AFS (auto-framerate-switching) for non-nvidia-sheild devices?

    I tried KODI, enable it, yet nothing changes on TV's hz. checked Plex but it does not change either, is this something OS specific?

    You need to give more info
    Like kodi version used.. what framerate are you playing ( kodi has 3 options.. sync/matching/addon)
    Hardware specs.. of your unit

    If its a OS related problem..
    Try Libreelec.. it runs of a Sdcard on most devices and does videoplayback quite amazing
