I don't think the OP will answer your question. This is service stuff. The seller is not a net specialist. Try to contact your internet provider and ask them about your problem. Or try to solve this problem by yourself. For example, you can use 192-168-254-254 login to reset your router, enter admin options and change your password. The action sequence is very easy and can be found on the internet. If you somehow fail it - call your internet provider and they will send a man to fix this problem.
