Upgrading T95z plus q200_9377 installing custom recovery and rom

Ok going to try my best to explain how i upgraded my T95z plus 2gb/16gb with q200_9377 chipset. From 6.0 to 7.1, install custom recovery twrp and put the poison rom 2.0 on. It also works for the 3gb/32gb unit too but i am just focusing on my box because i cant test the other.
I take no credit for these links. I just did the reseach to find them and wanted to compile it all in one place. I did however do this with my box flawlessly. I also hold no responsibility if you damage your box.

    prerequisites and nessary files
    1. a PC with internet access, on the same network as your box.
    2. sd card format tool

    3. SD card maker get it here

    4. Amlogic flash tool

    5. custom recovery twrp

    6. poison rom 2.0

the first part was tricky you have to make sure your firmware is for this unit. So i will save you the trouble of looking. Just download this firmware on your PC. Its the right one.

    https://chinagadgetsreviews.com/down...us-tv-box.html

After downloaded read and follow this guide to make a SD card to flash the firmware you downloaded. (Read careful)

after you have competed the steps and flashed your firmware your system should now be android 7.1
at this point connect to your internet and now follow the steps in this link it will put twrp custom recovery on the unit.

if all went well you should have twrp recovery now installed.and your ready for the final step.
    1. Again format your sd card with rufus
    2. Place the poison rom on the sd card.
    3. Reboot box into recovery (twrp)
    2. Perform a standard wipe(Click wipe, swipe to wipe)
    3. Select install and install the Poison zip file on sd card (be patient)
    4. Reboot and have fun

now you will be running the poison rom.
again i take no credit for this work or tools used here. Thank those on the links i provided because it was their hard work not mine.
for the poison rom info go here and thank him.

Thanks for your excellent guide. But I think there is one more detail not being discussed: The burner app and/or the rom has/have to be compatible. I tried today with 2-3 different roms, 2-3 sdcard (2g, 16g, 32g). And always get a green-droid with a red-x.
I thought: I must be really bad luck to have 2-3 bad sdcards, but now, I uses the same card (2g) to boot twrp directly and it works perfect, so it's not the card that was the issue. Problem Incompatibility/non-matched: bootloader version goes with roms version, etc.
