      Problem with installing Mesa drivers

      Hi,

I followed Hizzle's guide, I managed install mali400_2.1-13_armhf.deb package, but I stuck on next step, which is installing Mesa drivers. I have MK808B, and I was using 3.0.36+ kernel recommended in a guide.

During the install I get this error:

WARNING: The following packages cannot be authenticated!

Any ideas what it could be caused by?

        @ Wolf
        Had same problem with Radxa;
        "
It could be useful for others (that's strange i'm the only that faced this issue!):
since Ubuntu raring has reached EOL and packages removed, i tried to find packages on other sites. I found that when a release is at EOL packages are moved in old-releases.ubuntu.com!So, it's enough you edit the /etc/apt/sources.list file, cancel the previous line and insert the following new lines:
deb http://old-releases.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/ raring main universe restricted multiverse
deb-src http://old-releases.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/ raring main universe restricted multiverse
deb http://old-releases.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/ raring-security main universe restricted multiverse
        deb-src http://old-releases.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/ raring-security main universe restricted multiverse
deb http://old-releases.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/ raring-updates main universe restricted multiverse
        deb-src http://old-releases.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/ raring-updates main universe restricted multiverse
deb http://old-releases.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/ raring-backports main restricted universe multiverse
        deb-src http://old-releases.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/ raring-backports main restricted universe multiverse
deb http://old-releases.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/ raring-proposed main restricted universe multiverse
        deb-src http://old-releases.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/ raring-proposed main restricted universe multiverse
then save, close and in terminal sudo apt-get update.
The concept is valid for each release passed in EOL. it's enough to substitute the name of release /etc/apt/sources.list file (in our case it is raring) "

This got me up and running.

I managed to get running picuntu 4.5 with galland kernel 720p, I follwed all the steps from the mini guide, when I run es2gears I got 150 fps wich is ok, but I downloaded openarena and it seems to me that HW Acceleration is not working the game is too slow, same as SuperTuxIs this ok?

                I'm pretty dumb

I was confused and now, I'm answering myself openArena is not working because it uses OPENGL, and Mali400 only support OPENGL ES Regarding Wifi I didn't try to get it working, but I suppose that it's necessary cross compile the wifi module with the kernel sources.

                  compiling ...

                  i will try this.

Starting from Rockchip Linux' source code, along with several tools, we will end up with a recovery.img file. This is used to flash the rec...

we have kernel, modules + firmware then ...

only to copy under linux with the correct permissions and run a comand??

Someone see something better to do? i'm not developper...

                  edit:

                  wifi don't work...

sudo dpkg -i mali400_2.1-13_armhf.deb does not work

Hi, I followed the instructions install picuntu on MK808. I can not install mali400_2.1-13_armhf.deb. File is in the root directory Picuntu. The command sudo dpkg -i mali400_2.1-13_armhf.deb does not work.

                    dpkg: error processing mali400_2.1-13_armhf.dep (--install):

                    What is wrong?
