How to check if a device is defective?

Hello, I have a beelink r68 TVbox (AP 6335). My device crashes a lot (reboots without notice) and also the apps are crashing (i get a message "google services stopped'). I tried to flash some different firmwares ( i tried to reset the device first offcourse) but nuthing helps. How can i know if my device is defective? Thank u in advance.

    Well.. few thoughts
    First try... a different poweradaptor
Second try emtying the Cache (settings/storage/cache)
Install android tuner... Check kernel logs... Check temperature... (does it reboot under stress? ) perhaps do a one click tuning

    Cheers

Thanks. L'ets go please step by step...
First, I changed the adapter and it still remain crashy...
Second, emptying the Cache did not help either.
What about the rest (Install android tuner... Check kernel logs... Check temperature... (does it reboot under stress? ) perhaps do a one click tuning)?
