It is a general issue on all Android tv boxes, some manufacturers fixed it already.

I also plan to release new firmware with Rockchip Kodi, maybe at the end of the week.
Skype has some strange behaviour on tv boxes compared to phones.
I will post some extra information on how to use Skype correctly on Lollipop non-phone devices.

Please test if it works.
If not, I will make a new patch later.
The offsett is set to 1000 for flashing which should be correct for dual-boot and Android-Only firmware.

Tips
When an incoming call is received, Skype will not make a ringing sound, maybe because of no cellular hardware.
Can check Skype settings but it might still not work.
Can also try to use Automate to play an mp3 when an incoming call is received.

If you make an outgoing video call, sometimes the outgoing audio doesn't work.
A workaround is to make an outgoing audio call, then turn on the camera, then the audio works.
Audio works correctly on incoming calls.

If there are still problems:
Make sure Google apps are updated.
Also Google voice is installed.
Also try using different USB ports or a USB Hub to plug the webcam in.
